A good exercise is to pause at each image and think about or write down why you think they’re good portfolio pieces.
At Ashcan we have really effective ways to help you push your ideas, to make your artwork stand out to Art School admission counselors. Keep in mind when you’re making your art portfolio – the goal is to make art that’s different from what other people are creating, which you can do by trying out some of these ideas and making them come from your own unique creative voice.
